We currently accept the following insurance: Aetna, Cigna, Clover Health, Horizon, Humana, Medicare, and Meritain Health.
We are an out-of-network provider with all other major insurances. If you have out-of-network benefits, we will gladly submit a claim to your insurance on your behalf for reimbursement. If out-of-network benefits are not available, we do accept private pay.

We're working as quickly as possible to complete credentialing with all other major insurance carriers--unfortunately, this is a lengthy process that can take many months.
