We’re passionate about delivering high-quality neurological care. We have extensive experience caring for people with cognitive concerns, and we believe you deserve the right diagnosis and treatment, the first time.
Pricing and Insurance
We currently accept the following insurance: Aetna, Cigna, Clover, Horizon, Humana, Medicare, and Meritain Health.
We are an out-of-network provider with all other major insurances. If you have out-of-network benefits, we will gladly submit a claim to your insurance on your behalf for reimbursement. If out-of-network benefits are not available, we do accept private pay.
We'll let you know as soon as we expand our insurance coverage
We're working as quickly as possible to complete credentialing with all other major insurance carriers--unfortunately, this is a lengthy process that can take many months.
