Telehealth follow-ups available if you want to revisit the care plan or coordinate adjustments with your local prescriber. Most Florida patients don't need ongoing follow-ups once the care plan is in place and their local prescriber is managing medications.
Payment
We accept HSA/FSA cards directly and provide a superbill for out-of-network insurance reimbursement. Each visit is paid at the visit it covers — no upfront commitment for the full amount.
Comprehensive Diagnostic Report
For workplace accommodations, university disability services, or formal documentation. Most patients don't need this — your care plan is sufficient for clinical purposes and for coordinating with your local prescriber.
