We're self-pay. You pay one visit at a time, on the day of each visit. After each visit, we give you a superbill to send to your insurer. HSA and FSA cards work too.

Our founder
Founded by a clinician who was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult
Karina Campos, APN-BC, founded Neurokin in 2023. She is a board-certified nurse practitioner with more than 10 years of experience.
Karina was diagnosed with ADHD in her late 30s. She knows what it's like to go years without answers. She built Neurokin to give adults the thoughtful, respectful care she wished she'd had. Everything we do follows that standard.

Do I have to book all three visits now?
No. You pay one visit at a time and decide after your first visit.
Can I book an online visit?
Yes. You need to be in NJ, NY, DC, FL, or CA at the time of your visit.
Can I book an in-person visit in New York?
In-person visits in Midtown Manhattan are planned with you. They can't be booked online. Call us to set one up.
What should I do before my visit?
Fill out your forms in the patient portal. If you have past records or reports, have them ready.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Call us or use your patient portal. Our cancellation policy is in your intake forms.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly with us.
Do you take insurance?
No, we don’t bill insurance. After each visit, we give you a superbill to send to your insurer. If your plan has out-of-network benefits, you may get some money back. HSA and FSA cards work too.
