What autism evaluation produces:

Identification documentation (formal diagnosis if criteria are met), specific recommendations for accommodations and support strategies, sensory and social communication considerations, and a clear understanding of your specific autism presentation.

What it doesn't typically require:

Most autistic adults don't need ongoing medication management for autism specifically — autism isn't treated with medications the way ADHD or depression often are. The care plan focuses on accommodations, strategies, and self-understanding rather than prescriptions.

When prescribing matters:

If you have co-occurring conditions (anxiety, depression, ADHD, sleep difficulties) that benefit from medication, your local DC prescriber handles that. Our care plan documents the co-occurring conditions and recommends appropriate treatment, which your PCP or psychiatrist uses as the clinical guide.

What this means in practice:

Most autism evaluations are largely self-contained. You leave with identification, accommodations recommendations, and care plan documentation. Whether you continue formal care depends on your needs — some patients return for occasional follow-up visits ($175 each, $150 grandfathered), others use the care plan and don't need ongoing involvement.

All evaluation tools — RAADS-R, AQ-50, CAT-Q, and Creyos cognitive testing when used — are included in the $2,050 evaluation price. No separate testing fees.

Follow-up visits with Karina ------ $175 per visit

Most autism evaluations are largely self-contained — you receive identification, accommodations recommendations, and care plan documentation, then proceed independently or coordinate with your local providers as needed. Telehealth follow-ups are available if you want to discuss specific situations as they come up (workplace accommodations rollout, sensory crisis management, co-occurring condition flares).

Comprehensive Diagnostic Report----- $450

For workplace accommodations under ADA, university disability services, or other contexts requiring formal documentation. Many late-identified autistic adults pursue this for workplace accommodations specifically.

Payment

We accept HSA/FSA cards directly and provide a superbill for out-of-network insurance reimbursement. Each visit is paid at the visit it covers.
