Three visits, not one rushed appointment
Insurance usually pays for an hour or less. Your evaluation includes 4 to 6 hours with us, over three visits. That time lets us understand your history, test what needs testing, and give you a clear answer.

Your three visits

- We talk about your life now and growing up: focus, routines, relationships, and what's hard right now.

- You take objective tests and questionnaires. We pick the ones that fit your questions.
- We explain everything
- We go over your results together. You get a written report and a care plan.
Your patient portal: fill out forms, book visits, see your care plan, and message your care team between visits. It works on a computer or phone.

Our founder
Founded by a clinician who was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult
Karina Campos, APN-BC, founded Neurokin in 2023. She is a board-certified nurse practitioner with more than 10 years of experience.
Karina was diagnosed with ADHD in her late 30s. She knows what it's like to go years without answers. She built Neurokin to give adults the thoughtful, respectful care she wished she'd had. Everything we do follows that standard.

We evaluate you online and write your care plan. Your own doctor can prescribe, using our plan.

How long is an evaluation?
Your evaluation takes three visits. Together, they add up to 4 to 6 hours with us. Times are approximate. We take the time you need, so a visit may run a little longer or shorter.
Do I have to commit to all three visits?
No. You pay one visit at a time. After your first visit, we tell you what we recommend, and you decide.
Which tests will I take?
It depends on your questions. Your care team picks the tests and questionnaires that fit your evaluation.
Can a test diagnose ADHD or autism on its own?
No. Tests add useful data. Your diagnosis comes from your history, your daily life, and our clinical judgment.
Will I get a diagnosis?
If the evidence supports one, yes. Some people learn they don't have ADHD or autism. That's still a clear answer, and we explain what we found.
What do I get at the end?
A plain-language explanation of your results, a written report, and a care plan.
What is the patient portal?
It's a secure online space. You can fill out forms, book visits, see your care plan, and message your care team. It works on a computer or phone.
Can I do my visits online?
Yes, in all five states we serve. You need to be in one of those states at the time of your visit.
Do you take insurance?
No, we don’t bill insurance. After each visit, we give you a superbill to send to your insurer. If your plan has out-of-network benefits, you may get some money back. HSA and FSA cards work too.
How much does it cost?
