State by state

What's different from state to state

Every patient gets the same thorough evaluation, diagnosis, and written care plan. The difference is who prescribes and manages medicine afterward.

In DC, Florida, and California

  • No prescribing by our team
  • No ongoing medication management
  • No in-person visits yet

In New Jersey and New York

  • Evaluation and diagnosis
  • A written report and care plan
  • Prescribing, when medicine fits
  • Ongoing care and follow-ups
  • In-person visits in Westfield or Manhattan

How it works

Three visits, wherever you are

  1. We listen
  2. We talk about your life, your history, and what's hard right now.
  3. We test
  4. You take objective tests and rating scales. Your diagnosis is based on more than one talk.
  5. We explain everything
  6. We go over your results in plain language. You get your diagnosis, a written report, and a care plan.

In DC, Florida, and California: you take your care plan to your primary care doctor or local specialist, who prescribes if needed.
