Who we help

New Yorkers come to us when…

Every story is different. Here are a few we hear often.

Your calendar runs your life, and you still miss things.

You were told it's anxiety or burnout, but it never quite fit.

You mask all day at work, and you're exhausted by evening.

Your child was diagnosed, and you saw yourself in their story.

You got a quick online diagnosis and want a thorough second look.

You've always felt different and want to know if you're autistic, ADHD, or both.

We see adults 18 and older, anywhere in New York State, by video.

Why Neurokin in New York

A thorough evaluation by video, with real follow-up

Many New York adults get short visits, or video-only services that diagnose fast and never follow up. We take the time to get it right, and we stay with you after.

A rushed ADHD check

  • One short video call
  • A checklist and a few questions
  • No objective testing
  • A different clinician each time
  • Little or no follow-up

At Neurokin

  • Three visits, not one rushed call
  • Objective tests, like QbCheck and Creyos
  • A written report and care plan
  • Prescribing and follow-up in New York
  • In-person visits in Manhattan, planned with you

How it works

How care works in New York

  1. We listen
  2. Your first visit is by video. We talk about your life, your history, and what's hard right now.
  3. We test
  4. You take objective tests and rating scales. Your diagnosis is based on more than one talk.
  5. We explain everything
  6. We go over your results in plain language. You get your diagnosis, a written report, and a care plan.

After your evaluation: we can prescribe and manage your care in New York. If you need to be seen in person, we plan a visit in Midtown Manhattan with you. In-person visits aren't booked online, so just ask.
