AuDHD evaluation for adults
One evaluation for ADHD and autism
Both questions. One process. One plan.
Our AuDHD evaluation looks at ADHD and autism together over three visits. You get results for both, a written report, and one care plan that fits how your brain works.
Pay one visit at a time. HSA and FSA cards accepted.

Every evaluation comes with
- 3 to 5 hours with you Over three visits. Never a 15-minute slot.
- A written report and care plan In every state. Share it with your doctors.
- A superbill after each visit Send it to your insurance. You may get money back.
- The same price in five states NJ, NY, DC, FL, and CA.
Who it's for
This evaluation is a good fit if you…
You don't need to be sure. These are common reasons adults book.
Have an ADHD diagnosis, but it doesn't explain everything.
Have an autism diagnosis, and wonder about ADHD.
See traits of both in yourself, and want clear answers.
Feel pulled between needing routine and craving new things.
Keep hitting burnout, even with treatment.
Want one plan, not two separate ones.
We see adults 18 and older. We don't evaluate children or teens.
What makes it different
Both conditions, looked at together
ADHD and autism can hide each other. When they're evaluated separately, traits can be blamed on the wrong one. Looking at both together gives you a clearer, more useful answer.
Two separate evaluations
- Two sets of visits to schedule
- Each clinician sees only half of you
- Traits blamed on the wrong condition
- Two plans that may not fit together
- More time before you get answers
Our AuDHD evaluation
- One process for ADHD and autism
- Objective testing, like QbCheck and Creyos
- Questionnaires about autistic traits
- A neurodiversity-affirming approach
- One written report and care plan

What happens
Your three visits
- We listen
- We talk about your life now and growing up: focus, routines, relationships, sensory experiences, and what's hard right now.
- We test
- You take objective tests, which can include QbCheck and Creyos, plus questionnaires and structured assessments about autistic traits.
- We explain everything
- You get results for both ADHD and autism, a written report, and one care plan.
After your evaluation: in New Jersey and New York, we can prescribe and manage your care. In DC, Florida, and California, you take your care plan to your primary care doctor or local specialist.

Our founder
Founded by a clinician who was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult
Karina Campos, APN-BC, founded Neurokin in 2023. She is a board-certified nurse practitioner with more than 10 years of experience.
Karina was diagnosed with ADHD in her late 30s. She knows what it's like to go years without answers. She built Neurokin to give adults the thoughtful, respectful care she wished she'd had. Everything we do follows that standard.

- ADHD-CCSP
- DEA-licensed in NJ and NY

Questions
AuDHD evaluation questions
Don't see your question? Call (908) 215-2331 or send us your question.
How long does the evaluation take?
Three visits that cover both ADHD and autism, with 3 to 5 hours of one-on-one time in total.
I already have one diagnosis. Do I need the full AuDHD evaluation?
Not always. Bring your records, and we will talk about what makes sense. Sometimes we can focus on the condition that hasn’t been looked at yet.
What is QbCheck?
QbCheck is an FDA-cleared online test of attention, activity, and impulse control. It is one part of your evaluation, never the only part.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring a list of your medicines, past reports, and notes about your daily life. Old report cards help too.
What if I’m only ADHD, or only autistic?
That is still a clear answer. We will explain what we found and build your plan around it.
Will I get a written report?
Yes. You get one written report and care plan that covers both ADHD and autism.
Can you prescribe medicine afterward?
Yes, in New Jersey and New York. In DC, Florida, and California, your primary care doctor or local specialist prescribes, using our written care plan.
Can I do my evaluation by video?
Yes, in all five states. In New Jersey, you can also come to our Westfield office.
Do you accept insurance?
No, we don’t bill insurance. After each visit, we give you a superbill to send to your insurer. If your plan has out-of-network benefits, you may get some money back. HSA and FSA cards work too.
How much does an AuDHD evaluation cost?
You pay one visit at a time, on the day of each visit. The price is the same in every state we serve. See our pricing page for current prices.
